The interview process took weeks.
Avaya did not provide certain information, nor a decision if it was moving forward or not.
However, company decided to go ahead with a background check.
I consider that the management of the people in the company is bad, because they should notify or give information on the current status of the selection process.
It was a bad experience, many interviews without any meaning, advancing in an investigation (waste of candidate time and invasive). Not recommendable.
Human resources were not communicated at any time.

5-6 reviewers all in one day. They set me up in a conference room and did speed dating. One of the interviewers kept checking their phone. One was dressed in jeans. That caught me by surprise.
