Interview
I had one phone interview and received an offer about a month later. Everything was very streamlined and I interviewed with the people I'd be interacting with on a daily basis.

Question 1
Mostly about my resume, but at the end, some questions were to test my personality, such as "what NBA player would you say you are most like," or "Whats your favorite sci-fi movie?"
Easy. Phone interview filled by onsite interview. Everyone was polite and positive. No testing or knowledge based testing. After the interview I was contacted about a week later. An offer letter was sent two weeks after the first interview

Interview
Overall interview only took about half a day. I was asked to give a technical presentation (20-30 min) ahead of time, and had ample time to prepare. Once arriving, I met a 4 person panel, gave my presentation which was followed by a round of questions. Then I met 1:1 with the manager to discuss some details of potential work.
