Straight forward questions, most of the interview web sites will tell you the standard questions. They'll tell you about the company, then ask for a brief description of yourself, expanding on what is in your resume.

If you get the job, what does your 30-60-90 day plan look like to get started and involved in the job?
Typical process, interview with recruiter, virtual interview with manager, virtual interview with team and final interview in person with the team. Overall the team was great to chat with, but I ended up declining the offer due to their PTO policies and the job needing to be onsite 90-100% of the time

Describe your past experience with running programs and what your process is
Initial email and call and no opportunities to reply to scheduled appointments which are given to you 1 day before interviews. HR is not professional at all very, very shady.
