The interview was fairly relaxed. There was an extended conversation with the hiring manager describing the position and the overall hierarchy of the company. An engineer then arrived and asked interview-style questions relevant to the position. After he gave his approval the hiring manager described the more negative aspects of the position to ensure I was still interested.
