I applied in-person. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BAE Systems USA (Santa Clara, CA)
Interview
First point of contact was at an onsite recruitment event after graduating college. I was contacted a couple weeks later by a recruiter or an in person interview with 2 hiring managers. The interview was very general in nature about my background with no technical questions for this entry level engineering position. After following up with the recruiter several times I received a written offer in the mail a couple months.

Question 1
Nothing difficult or unexpected. It was more of a get to know you kind of gig.
There were two interview rounds. The first was a phone call and the next was on-site with all expenses paid for. For both rounds they were mostly asking about my experiences and 'tell me about a time when...' questions. Overall positive experience.

Interview
I have interviewed with BAE twice for entry-level roles. Just one interview each time, though you will likely talk to a recruiter beforehand over the phone or via email. Interview was normal, asking questions about your experience, some engineering fundamentals questions to test your problem solving skills. However, DO NOT expect a response from them if you do not get the job. They are terrible at providing feedback from interviews and it can be extremely frustrating. Seems like a good place to work otherwise!

Interview

Then about a week or two later had a panel interview with 3 execs/hiring manager, which entailed more detailed questions regarding previous job, followed by behavioral, and technical questions
