I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Minneapolis, MN) in Dec 2024
Interview
Had a standard phone screening, then 2 30 minute interviews back to back. Both interviewers were super friendly and easy to talk to, questions were more so general personality questions, not so much technical based.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Houston, TX) in Feb 2025
Interview
It was a purely behavioral 1 hour long virtual interview with 2 managers from the position. They asked me questions about myself and why I chose the position, and I asked them back questions about their position.
Overall great interview! Sound interested, know the company, ask questions, and show that you are eager to learn. The interviewers don’t come across as harsh at all. Definitely provide a good and updated resume (there are plenty of online resources you can use for this). Try to be involved outside of school whether that means different organizations or clubs at school.
