Interview
During my first interview with the manager, I was asked a range of questions related to the accounting role. These questions covered both my technical knowledge (such as financial statements, bookkeeping principles, and accounting standards) and my previous experience.
In addition, I was given a practical case study to solve. This exercise aimed to evaluate my analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and ability to apply accounting concepts in a real-world scenario. I was expected to review the information provided, identify key issues, and propose appropriate solutions within a limited timeframe.

applied online on their website, after a few days received an email to book a phone call with hr manager. questions were very basic. then had an interview with 2 managers
Colloquio più o meno tecnico per un prima esperienza lavorativa, abbastanza facile. Il tutto durato circa una trentina di minuti e con un manager, esercizi anche carta e penna. Sembrava fosse andato male e invece ho ricevuto l'offerta.

Sapresti rispondere in inglese al cliente, differenza tra PL e BS.
The interview included many behavioral questions (e.g., "Tell me about a time when...") that required detailed STAR-format responses. The interviewers dove deeply into specific bullet points on my resume, asking follow-up questions about challenges, outcomes, and my exact contributions. They also proactively asked about other relevant experiences not listed on the resume to get a fuller picture of my background and skills.
