Well structured, and it feels more like a conversation to get to know you. They are interested in your ambitions and career aspirations, and it feels like they are selling themselves to you just as much as you are selling yourself to them.
I applied at Dublin, HR contacted me for 1st round mid April, had 2nd interview with partner on 1st week of May. After this they ghosted me despite follow ups. This was very unprofessional and waste of time and effort

2 stage with current department lead and internal recruitment team. Overall pretty standard for the industry and role. Felt listened to and understood throughout. Made easy and answered follow up questions when considering alternative roles
