I applied in-person. I interviewed at BDO (Kuala Lumpur) in July 2013
Interview
Friendly & easy going. More like chatting and discussion among each other, with interaction on the skills required for the job and expected requirements. Team work as well as working independently would be much required to meet deadlines of the projects.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BDO (Mumbai) in Sept 2025
Interview
I received an offer from BDO India on 4th September 2025 at 7:53 PM, with a deadline to accept by 12 PM the same day — a deadline that had already expired before the offer was even sent. A few hours later, the offer was withdrawn despite me informing HR about health issues, travel, and network problems. I had even declined other opportunities for this role. Very unprofessional and unfair handling of candidates.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at BDO (Gurgaon, Haryana)
Interview
Usually, they dig deep into your profile and asked some technical questions. Skill Set, work experience must relate to the job profile , you're applying for. It's mostly a easy round.
