First step was Assessment Centre, which included completing an accounting competency test, and a group discussion and presentation. Then callback for interview with two members from the management team. Interviewers were friendly and welcoming, allowed me to feel confident. More conversational than straight question and answer. Had I been successful, next step would have been partner interview.
