I applied through a staffing agency and the process took 4 months - interviewed at BDO UAE. The hiring is based on a simple rule - The candidate who agrees for a lower salary gets the job. 1st I had to agree on salary (20-25% lower than market) Then had one on one meeting with Partner (Mind it!! it was meeting and not an interview.) No Technical question asked. NEVER JOIN THIS CO.
