Rigorous but friendly. Initial 30 minute screening session with normal get to know you questions and screen for comp alignment prior to discussing the overall process. Very well prepared and thoughtful initial screening.

Why are you transitioning to Public Accounting at this time.
Very genuine and seemed eager to get the right person for their team. Were flexible with arranging times and locations for interviews and overall would say it was a positive experience.
Waiting too long and the whole process took like 2 months, in the end didn't get offer. In general it's not a very inspairation process. Hope the company can do better in the future and offer more to its employees
