online test, video interview then assessment centre. assessment centre has 1 report, short presentation on the report with a partner who will ask questions about it, 1 on 1 interview with another partner (I ended up getting the same person), 1 group exercise/ discussion which was monitored and then answer questions for 5-10 mins.
Terrible, wanted documents from before I was 16 that are impossible to obtain during lockdown before inviting me to the interview, not giving a slight understanding of my situation.
