BIOFerm Energy Systems interview questions

Overall the interview process was just like any other company I have interviewed with. The major difference with BIOFerm was the lack of communication. I would expect to hear from a company at least once before they send an offer. There was no response to my calls or emails until the offer letter was sent. This was a red flag for me and I did not take the job.
