CHRO and CEO. Never have I seen a company of the blind leading the blind. The CEO has no back bone and the intelligence and demeanor of a small child. They expect the world to accommodate and give nothing in return. CHRO demands higher education but isn’t qualified to run a daycare let along a failing business. No growth opportunities for anyone starting here, and as soon as you bring bad news it is your fault. Would not recommend working here.

First, I was hesitant with the bad reviews. I should have taken heed. Buying lunch and giving gifts isn't leadership. Very odd and toxic culture. They prefer bullies and toxic workers. If any employee confrontation or issues occur, they are clueless on how to fix it. Their answer is to move the fighting employees to opposite ends of the building. Technical skills are decent with the work force, but unfortunately that doesn't translate to good or even mediocre management and leadership skills. I can see why they have such a high turnover. They value toxicity and those handful of employees ruin it for everyone else. Company is clueless on how to fix it. The definition of insanity is to do the same thing again and again and expecting a different result. I'm glad I left as are many others
