Intern position About 4 rounds of interview : HR, Tech guy, Mangers. All behavior questions about projects you did. Not a technical question at all(at least not a specific tech question like algorithm questions) The company is not a typical software company but more like a sales company--- selling their softwares rather than developing up-to-date one. Tell them more about the functionality of your project more than the technical part. The interview process is smooth and I think they need more people. But I do not feel good since I want to be a tech guy but there seems less tech in this company. They do not have their platform but just borrowing from others. I think it is good for intern but not full-time in that growth in tech would be less.
