BSBI interview questions

I had a 10 min Teams call with someone who asked me only questions such as where I live and what degree do I have, which were already answered in my application. No questions on my professional and teaching background. No information was given about their programs, how teaching works, educational philosophy, etc. They pay very little and as I understand they also expect some unpaid work outside of teaching units. It was not even clear if the position they "shortlisted" me for was for the SBSI in Berlin or for their other school in Hamburg, my interviewer said contradictory things.
