      Store General Manager Interview

      2 May 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Banana Republic (Los Angeles, CA) in Jan 2017

      Interview

Three interview process. First with recruiter, then district manager and finally regional. They want leaders who can come in and fix problems. Most stores are exhausted and most stores in district are over worked. Employees are given false hopes of growth but no time to focus on development.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1
