Interview
This was in 2022 I started with a video interview then I interview with the recruiter then i interviewed with financial center manger and Market leader for a total of 3 interviews I'm pretty sure the process may have changed since then.
Initially phone interview, then at the branch. It was pretty straightforward. The bank manager asked me a couple of questions, one of them being why I am applying for that position. Then she asked me to do a role play about a credit card.

Question 1
Why do you want to leaver your current job and work at Bank of America?
I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
The in-person interview started 17 mins late and then ended early, seemed like they didn't want to hire me already. Don't waste time if you don't want to hire someone.
