The interview was conducted over the phone by a member of the HR team. 30 minutes and length and featured multiple questions centering on my interest in the industry and relevant experience for the role. The interviewer also shared details on the training program and expected progression/ promotion in the role.

I had a phone interview, and was offered a panel interview during the phone call. The process was very transparent and I think it took about three weeks for me to hear back after I applied.
