Applied via my school's job posting site and got a phone interview. Did the phone interview and never heard back from them after sending a few emails to them. Not very professional. I would have expected them to at least tell me if I got a second round or not. I didn't graduate from a top school in the US but I feel that should not be a factor in their decision. I have a friend who already got an offer since they went to his school to recruit.
