I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America (Catonsville, MD) in May 2011
Interview
Doing the online application was long and drawn out. Of course they asked for personal info (name, birthday, employment history, etc.), but it wasn't the normal job application i had done before. The personality test was unbelievably long, once that was done I wanted to cry seeing as though i had to complete a cash counting portion. It seemed like it would never end. But once it was complete I waited about 4 days and a recruiter emailed me about an open house. Did the open house where there were about 30-40 people. They divided us up in groups of 7-10. Asked questions, left, came back told us we could leave about 2 days later my second interview was scheduled. The second interview was held at a store which I don't believe I had applied to but it was close to home. Had a one on one interview with the manager & the TOS (Teller supervisor) they loved me. I started the following week.
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
