I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bank of America (Pomona, CA) in July 2012
Interview
First you basically apply online and then you are later emailed to take a test online that has some cash handling and scenarios. After a few days, you'll get a call from human resources to schedule a GROUP interview which consists of 10-22 people. The main thing that got me declined is that I missed up during the "Teller" play where we pretend to be tellers. They only give you 5 minutes to prepare for it so prepare ahead of time!
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
