I applied for the job online and completed the online test which consisted of behavioral questions ( example) what would I likely do in a situation to what I would least likely do etc. I was then contacted 2weeks after for a telephone interview after which I was eventually contacted to set up a face to face interview. The face to face interview went fairly well however it did take over a month before I finally was contacted and an offer made. I really thought I didn’t get the job but it turned out otherwise.

Virtual Job Survey, based on logical questions to test the applicants skill of analyzing different work scenarios. Based mostly on sales logic and work environment logic. Not super difficult. No pre studying required.

Interview
I applied online and went through the normal assessments and testing to see if my personality fit. Got a phone call to come in for an in person interview. Met with the leadership and the called with an offer that same day.
