The first interview was scheduled by company recruitor. When i arrive on time, the receptionist couldn't find my information and i waited for more than half an hour, the hiring manager showed up and talked with me in 20 minutes in cafetiria. I told recruiter what happened and then she arranged the second interview: a higher level director showed up. He was on time and talked 30 minutes basically showing attitude: i am talking to you because you told recruitor something about us. After the second interview, i never heard anything back: no follow up no turn down email nothing. i got offer from their competitor so moved on.
1 behavioral interview and 1 case interview. Wasn't too hard if you have done case interviews before. Make sure to structure your thoughts. They want to see how you think.
