Interview
I did a hireview. A month later I was flown to NY for my superday. The three managing directors who interviewed me tore apart my resume and asked about my skills. They really tried to figure out how I think.

Overall great process. The recruiter was extremely supportive and the interview process itself was conversational. Be sure to have non-generic questions prepared for the end. Definitely recommend the program to anyone interested.

First round was Hirevue interviews (not live)
Second round was Hirevue interviews (not live)
Final round was 2 hours of back to back phone calls with 3-4 full time staff members
Occurred during COVID so could be different during non-pandemic times
