I was given a specific JD but during the interview when I asked more details of the position it was like, it could be anything. It was quite disrespectful
Started out of college - basic interview process of interests, proficiency, and past experience. Plenty of advancement between groups once you are inside the building. There is a strong preference that you are located in Charlotte.
