Contacted first by someone in HR for phone interview. Asked basic questions like, " give me a time when..." Asked to complete an online assesement where you had to select the bills you would give back to customers, most likely trying to gauge your accuracy and quickness. Then called in for a face to face interview with a local branch manager. An hour after the face to face interview I received a call fro HR offering me the position.

Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
