I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Bank of America in June 2010
Interview
I applied online for a teller position and was sent an email the following day containing a link to a personality assessment test/ questionaire. I answered this the best I could and at the end it told me a representative will be contacting me.. 1 week later I was contacted by a recruiter who did a phone interview with me telling me about the pay and benefits of the position as well. After the phone interview he set me up for a 1 on 1 interview with a branch manager .. When I arrived I was interviewed by the branch manager and her senior assistant manager simultaneously... It was a great experience! I was contacted that day to let me know that I was offered the job =)
I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
