Spoke to recruiter then had a phone interview with my senior manager super simple process. It did take a couple of weeks because the manager missed our first interview and we had to reschedule which was difficult to do as we were both traveling for work. The interview itself was simple he spoke about the company mostly and didn't ask me a ton of questions.

the process was easy i went to the office sat down talked about who i was and sod the manage a made up product. we shook hands and was given a packet to complete with some online assessments.

Can you handle a high volume of calls and still complete work at the same time.
Phone interview, personality evaluation test, and Face to face, then hired on the spot. However it took long time to get into training class 30 days. Have funds on the side so you don't go broke until you 2nd month when you get your 1st's month new hire incentive
