I was contacted by the recruiter by phone. The recruiter gave me a rundown on the position including salary range and asked if this was acceptable. I said yes and was sent an email the next day to fill out info for background check. The interview for the position was then set up for the next week (7 days). It was a 1:1 interview with my future manager. The interview lasted 30 minutes and was contacted 2 days later (after background check came back) with my offer, which I accepted.
