Laid back, Star process with panel then peers and one level up manager. Be sure to do your research on the role and prepare for behavior type questions. Took about an hour for each and have your questions prepared and be thoughtful.

How do you stay on top of industry news and content?
good interview process however the offer process took a very long time. It took them almost 7 months to make an offer. Also the role was not very clear as well

Interview
There are 4 rounds of interview happend for BOA Chennai. First there was a screening round and then technical round followed by techno managerial round. Finally there was a LOB round. At the end of all the rounds they informed me that I got selected and I submitted the documents. But later did not hear back from them. The HR and the Hiring manager was not responding properly and overall it was not friendly. Communication between the rounds was not proper. Interview experience was below average.
