Video interview. The employer will provide you with the introduction video before each question. You have 30 seconds to prepare and 2-3 minutes to answer. The questions are mainly about your accomplishments and ways of solving problems, that allow you to give your own examples.

Introduce yourself and why you are interested in BoA?
Three Thirty minute phone conversations over the course of one day - all in a row. All of the questions I was asked were behavioral questions and there was time at the end for me to ask questions to the interviewer.
