I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Bank of America (New York, NY) in Aug 2011
Interview
Hour long written code test followed by two rounds of interviews with about three people in each round. Some brain teasers. Code test was very difficult and gave me a big headache but my degree in Computer Information Systems and certifications were a big help. I received an offer from another bank and they beat the other offer.
