Application then followed by 3 rounds of Interviews. Round 1 was with an MD, then Round 2 and 3 was with 2 VP's and asked a combo of background, motivation and technical questions.

Online hirevue, basic motivational questions. Only had 30 seconds to prepare answers. This is assessed along with a cv as part for the recruitment processes. The next step is waiting for an assessment centre.

I applied for an off-cycle position in London. I had a phone interview with HR, followed by 4 interviews with the team. Behavioural and technical questions. I haven't heard back.
