The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bank of America (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2011
Interview
The first interview was a group interview that consisted of about 12 other applicants. The recruiter made the process very easy going and dare I say, fun! The interview was about 2.5 hours and the recruiter promised to email or call with her decision. I got a call the next day letting me know that I made it to the next step which was to interview with the banking center manager after a successful background check. The banking center manager was very polite the interview went very well and within two days I heard back from the recruiter and I accepted the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Bank of America (Wheaton, MD)
Interview
The first conversation was over the phone with the recruiter. Then they connected me with a branch manager for an in person interview. I had a third interview at another location an then got the job offer.
It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
