3 Interviews over zoom. Each of them focused on my past experiences in the industry. Very courteous throughout the process and the questions asked were mostly just to get to know me better. Nothing overly difficult.
Typical questions on finance and behavioural. Best to come in a good suit and rolex just in case. Assessors love people who has similar tastes. Other than that create small talk.
