After a behavioral online exam, I had an over the phone interview, the manager asked about my work history and then some hypothetical work scenarios. Overall it was a straight forward interview where the hiring manager wanted to gauge my personality above all else.

How would you deal with a disgruntled customer who walks in saying that the ATM ate their debit card?
Initially phone interview, then at the branch. It was pretty straightforward. The bank manager asked me a couple of questions, one of them being why I am applying for that position. Then she asked me to do a role play about a credit card.

Why do you want to leaver your current job and work at Bank of America?
I did the hi revue video interview and proceeded to having a physical interview with the the branch manager. I was told that the recruiter would get back to me but nothing till now, it's been 5 months now. I called and dropped voice messages no response. I feel a response whether good or bad should be given to candidates. I did not expect this from Bank of America.
The in-person interview started 17 mins late and then ended early, seemed like they didn't want to hire me already. Don't waste time if you don't want to hire someone.
