1st round phone sceeen with HR. Wasn’t able to make it past this so can’t offer as much insight as others. Not too different than other banks in my experience, however.
Two phone calls then a final interview over Teams. Standard behavioral questions and a couple easy valuation and accounting technicals related to financial statements and DCF, LBO, public comps, and M&A comps
2 rounds of interview — first by the hiring manager and second by your skip-level manager (director level)

My interviewer was so rude and disrespectful that I ended up walking out. If they thought I wasn't good enough I shouldn't have been invited, not invite me and tell me that fact. That's the whole point of interview rounds.
