The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bank of America (Tallahassee, FL) in Oct 2009
Interview
The interview process went by like a flash. I received a call from a recruiter that was in Atlanta, GA (in the complete opposite state) and she ask me to set up an appointment for a phone interview. All of the HR personnel were personable, but little did I know I would never speak to this person again. She asked me general interview questions that gauge my interest in sticking with the company long term. The question were standard "where do you see yourself in some odd years? What are your strengths and weaknesses?" Questions about my past experience with customer service and sales. Which ultimately is a big part of the teller role. The interview went well, so she immediately scheduled an in-person interview with the banking center manager. His style was more conversational, which gave me a huge hint at how his management style would be like. The role is really simple so the interview process was just as simple. That interview went well and a week later I got the job.

It was short. I did a phone interview and the. I did an in-person interview. It was short. Phone then in person. It was short. First phone, then in person.
The interview was very straightforward and simple, they didn’t ask too many unusual questions and the questions they did ask were easy to answer. The total time was less than an hour, and I was able to make another appointment by the end of the workday.
