They reached out for the 1st career debriefing, which I assumed was a 1-on-1 interview. I showed up and there were 7 other individuals, making me now think it was a group interview. It was actually them talking about the company only, and speaking briefly on how the position is not what I applied for but a cold-calling position. After the presentation, they then had us write down what we learned during the presentation like it was a test. Once finished, we individually met with a manager, which they seemed disinterested and didn’t have any questions to ask us. Instead, they asked if we had any questions for them. Highly disappointed I took time off work for this. I genuinely believe this was a MLM to collect information since it’s been over a month and no response.

Is more of a seminar, a current employee gives you a powerpoint on the company and how you make money through insurance sales. They also explain how you work your way up through tiers.
