Interview
I received a phone call from HR and was asked if I'd like to pursue the opportunity to be an insurance agent. I was a little bit confused since I had never submit an application to the company nor did my background match so I just refused a group interview. The HR was polite but I had no idea why she contacted a person whose resume had nothing to do with sales.

Would you like to be considered for insurance agent position?
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
