Interview
It all started when I posted my resume online for sales and outside sales jobs.. with 15yrs in sales and management I got a lot of offers fast... this one stuck out with the potential of a 6 figure paycheck.. 1st interview was with 6 people in a room and the branch manager came in and told us about the company.. lasted about an hour .. when he was done he asked if you think this is for you fill out this slip and we will contact you if we are interested.. pertisapation is a big part in day one... I was called in a day later for the 2nd class lol.. this was all about how you get paid and what you offer your customers.. a one on one was garenteed if you stayed for all of that class.. less than an hour... then the on on on .. by this time the manager knows if he wants you ... lasted about an hour we talked mostly about life not this job ... I was offered the job and couldn't be more excited

Interview
I got an email that they wanted a phone interview the next day. The phone call sounded like she was reading off of a piece of paper. I did not feel like I was being listened to. When I asked about compensation it was commission based and there was NO BASE PAY. When I told her that I had a family to provide for and could not rely on solely commission, she said "ok" and then hung up.
super easy asked at the end if I had a resume. Place cares if you sell and is 100% commsion. They want you to contribute to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Interview
Around 20 minutes mostly speaking about the company as a whole. If you are outgoing you will get the job. Confidence as well easiest interview I have ever had. Very nice managers are not trying to trick you.
