Interview
The first interview wasn't really an interview. It was a presentation about the company and what they do. This was done in a group setting. I loved it because I felt like Banker's is a very genuine company with real desire to help people. After the initial presentation, I went to a one on one interview with the branch manager. I felt very comfortable and welcome. I never felt like I wasn't good enough. The hiring process is a little intense, but not bad. There's several liability documents you have to go through, legal stuff. Insurance is very highly regulated, so there's a lot of laws around it. Understanding and accepting that is part of the process.

Interview
I got an email that they wanted a phone interview the next day. The phone call sounded like she was reading off of a piece of paper. I did not feel like I was being listened to. When I asked about compensation it was commission based and there was NO BASE PAY. When I told her that I had a family to provide for and could not rely on solely commission, she said "ok" and then hung up.
super easy asked at the end if I had a resume. Place cares if you sell and is 100% commsion. They want you to contribute to helping clients achieve their financial goals.

Interview
Around 20 minutes mostly speaking about the company as a whole. If you are outgoing you will get the job. Confidence as well easiest interview I have ever had. Very nice managers are not trying to trick you.
