Interview
at first you will go to briefing. then if they like you you will be asked to do a 1:1 interview. standard easy questions. they try to sell you the dream in the interview. talking about how much money they make, but don't tell you all the important things you must consider.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.

Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
