I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Plantation, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
It's a 3 part Interview. The first one, you are in a room with a group of others and the branch sales manager briefly talks about the introduction of Bankers life and the benefits. he then choose who's best for the following interview with a smaller group and gets into details about the job. Lastly you get the final interview with the Branch Sales Manager, person to person then on the spot they will let you know if you are hired or not.
Very informative group interview. The company seems to have a great open door policy. I'm interested in seeing the future holds with this company. The training bootcamp seem to be a bit over kill but I'm sure I could use all of the training that's offered.
They start with a group information session to learn about the company and a little bit about the position. Then they set up an actual interview where you can ask more questions.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life in July 2024
Interview
First thing to do when I get there is write down if I know anyone else who wants the job and their contact info. Then in the actual interview, there were barely any questions about me. I was the one asking the interviewer questions. Didn't really find out much about the company or average day of work. All they did was tell me how rich I can become if I work hard enough. Hmmmmmm..... seems like a MLM.
