I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Arlington, VA) in July 2020
Interview
I was cold-called by someone with a bad connection who mumbled the company's name and her own name. She confirmed my phone number and e-mail address, then promised to send me an e-mail with more information and invitation to a zoom interview the next day. The e-mail never came, but approximately three hours before the zoom call was scheduled to begin, I received a text message with the zoom information. I logged in and was placed in a group "interview" that was really an hour long sales pitch. The person leading the "interview" started by saying that he wouldn't be taking any questions

Question 1
Nothing of substance was asked. It was a sales pitch.
The interview was amazing and sold me on the spot..I really hope I get the second interview. Seems like a lovely work environment. They all seem to understand we are human. Also you don't need experience and they will pay for your insurance lisencing.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Bankers Life (King of Prussia, PA) in Jan 2023
Interview
The interview process started by someone hosting a Zoom call. Next step was a face to face interview. At the in person interview they asked for a resume hard copy and asked a few questions. They introduced me to everyone and told me how the company is ran. The conversation that was held was amazing, very welcoming as well.
It was really inviting! The company made me feel really welcome and like they were excited to get to know me better. I felt really good about the whole process from start to finish!
