The interview process begins with a two part introduction to the company, its purpose, your role and how it works. I attended the first information presentation which lasted about an hour. I was then invited to return for the second career briefing (I was informed that this session would last two hours and our presenter stayed on target with the time) which provided more information regarding the company, compensation, training and continuing education for success. Once the second briefing was completed, we were asked if this was something we would consider and if so, we were asked to schedule an appointment for the final phase.
