I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Concord, NH) in June 2012
Interview
The interview process began with a briefing for several applicants on general information about the company and what the job would require and the nature of the work that would be done as well as the requirements for becoming lisenced by the state including exams and a background check. It then moved to a quick individual conversation.
At first is pretty much a really quick screening process over the phone, then a phone interview, and then like two in person interviews basically, with two different higher ups.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Muncie, IN) in Mar 2026
Interview
It started with a briefing seminar in a group before an in person interview. The questions were brief and in line with other sales jobs. Motivation seems to be the highest desire from the employer.
Very easy group briefing and then a personal one on one interview. You get to see exactly what you'll be getting into and the awesome structure of the company. You also get to see how you can develop your career there.
