The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bankers Life (Toledo, OH) in June 2011
Interview
Initial by phone... suspicious because i had to post my resume online for unemployment benefits and was contacted like 1 day later. Also because they didn't care that I have 3 months left to graduate with my AS. Decided after online research to do the interview anyway because it is practice for me like the Career Services lady at school advised me, plus if offered the job I will not lose benefits for declining since interview is over 50 miles away but may take it as a part time possibility. I have been laid off so long I need a foot in the door somewhere just to get back in the swing of getting up and around in the morning for something.
This was the initial interview of three. Have already scheduled the second interview next week. Will be accepting if offered and everything else goes well in process. Will keep updated.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Bankers Life
Interview
Field recruiter reached out to me, told me it was a more of a management position but the interviewer would know more about it. I accepted, but the interviewer told me it was a sales job that is 100% commission pay. Other reviewers were right; it pretty much is a scam. They didn’t even give me a job description or anything. Not worth my time, I ended the interview within the first few minutes.
